Suki is owned and loved by Sachini. Being a novice Swiss owner, Sachini had her work cut out for her with the bundle of excitement that is Suki. She is also Sachini's first show dog, but like all of our dogs, Suki is her pet first and foremost. Suki has a sassy personality and isn't shy about voicing her objections. She has a habit of greeting you like she hasn't seen you in three years, even if it has been 10 minutes. She loves to go on adventures with her friend Kira (Sachini's other dog), and has boundless amounts of energy. When she isn't rolling around in mud puddles, stealing Sachini's bed or doing zoomies in the backyard, she's strutting her stuff in the show ring. From early on, Suki decided to show off her stubbornness in the show ring, refusing to run at her third show, she still managed to take out baby of breed though. Nonetheless she gained her championship title at 14 months, winning a few classes in group along the way including Puppy in Show at the NSW White Swiss Shepherd Specialty and Junior in Show at the VIC White Swiss Shepherd Specialty. For now, Sachini and Suki are focusing on training and obedience, and look forward to trying various dog sports in the future, including Lure Coursing, Herding, Tracking and Backpacking. |
